Review on Challenges in Healthcare Delivery

Abstrak

The literature reveals that healthcare delivery faces numerous challenges, including workforce shortages, inequitable access to services, and operational inefficiencies that compromise patient safety and care quality (Alharbi et al., 2024) (Alqaysi et al., 2024).

These challenges necessitate a comprehensive approach to healthcare management that prioritizes both resource allocation and the enhancement of operational systems to improve overall patient outcomes (“Work Environment and Operational Failures Associated With Nurse Outcomes, Patient Safety, and Patient Satisfaction,” 2022).

Addressing these multifaceted issues requires collaboration among stakeholders to implement innovative solutions and best practices that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare systems (Alqaysi et al., 2024) (Rahman, 2022).
